| ROVAB has installed the first Top of Rail system in Sweden. Our current rail lubrication systemsadd lubricants in the space between the insideof the rail and the train wheel flanges. The Top of Rail system complements these systems by adding a friction reducing agent to the surface on top of the rail. We believe that these systems will provide a very clear effect and become an important part of our complete solutions within operation and maintenance. |

| Lubrication systems installed at LKAB in Narvik (10 Jul 2012) |
| Narvik is LKAB's largest port and has a capacity of nearly 20 million tons per year. The new facility Sila is an environmentally friendly, automated, unloading station with high capacity. It is managed by advanced automation and the specially designed ore wagons can be unloaded in just five seconds. ROVAB has now supplied and installed rail lubrication systems to the facility in order to reduce friction and wear. |

| April 23 Gunnar Wahlberg starts as CEO of Ramby Oljor &Verktyg AB. Mikael Thorsell, founder and owner of ROVAB, will focus on business development, customer relations and larger projects, primarily within railway and mining industry.
Gunnar Wahlberg has a background in international marketing and sales, mainly from fast moving consumer goods, medical devices and industry. His experience from growing companies is important to ROVAB that continues to grow rapidly.
