ROVAB, Ramby Oljor och Verktyg AB, is a family business operating outside Grillby in Enköping municipality. ROVAB sells lubricants, application equipment, and oil filtration to both large and small companies in Scandinavia within the railway, steel, metal, and mining industries, as well as to agriculture and contracting. Maintenance is our common thread, and we are passionate about helping our customers avoid downtime and costly repairs with the right products, something we have been doing for over 30 years. We hold the agency in Scandinavia for a variety of high-quality maintenance brands and have several large Swedish companies as customers.
About the position
ROVAB is growing, and we are looking for someone with experience in logistics and warehouse work to further strengthen our team at the office and warehouse in Ramby. We receive goods from our Swedish and international suppliers every week that need to be unloaded and received. And we have outgoing deliveries to customers that need to be picked and packed. The role primarily involves close collaboration with order receivers and office and warehouse assistants, as well as other colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries with a forklift
- Checking and registering incoming goods and placing them in storage
- Administering inventory balance, incoming and outgoing deliveries in the business system
- Manufacturing ROVAB's own products, decanting, and rebuilding finished products
- Ensuring order and tidiness in the warehouse and that it is cleaned regularly
- Performing simpler purchases for the warehouse
- Assisting with inventory
- Simpler tasks within property maintenance
- When needed, receiving and processing orders via phone or email
- When needed, performing service or installation of lubrication systems on the railway
As a person, we believe you are meticulous, structured, and used to taking responsibility for completing your tasks. We are a smaller company, so you need to enjoy having varied tasks and helping out where needed and assisting other colleagues.
Qualifications
You need to have experience working in a warehouse and driving a forklift (forklift license). You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as English, as many of the company's suppliers are located abroad. Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are required.
It is an advantage if you have an interest in and knowledge of lubricating grease, oils, or oil filtration, as well as experience working with business systems.
Other information and application
The position is full-time, and working hours are usually weekdays from 08:00 – 17:00. The workplace is ROVAB's office in Ramby, Grillby. Applicants need a driving license as it is not possible to travel to the office by public transport. ROVAB is ISO-certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. A collective agreement is in place, and probationary employment may be applied.
