SN030 AGRO - Deep filtration for agriculture

<em>Over time, the effect that oil changes have on your machine's performance diminishes as contaminants remain in the tank and throughout the system. By filtering, your machine can become easier to operate, while also lasting longer <em>(<span style="color: #ff0000;"><a style="text-decoration: underline;" href="https://www.machinerylubrication.com/Read/29903/oil-change-intervals" target="_blank" rel="noopener">up to 10 times longer depending on initial condition</a></span>)</em>, which can also increase the machine's resale value.</em> <br><code><strong>Recommended filter element:</strong> AGRO351</code> <br><strong>SN030 AGRO</strong> is connected to the external hydraulics and directly back to the oil tank in a closed system – no power is needed. The unit can handle operating pressures from 8 to 315 bar and automatically regulates incoming pressure to suit deep filtration. A built-in safety valve opens at an internal pressure above 6 bar and directs the oil directly to the return lines, which prevents saturated filters from breaking due to high pressures.<br><br>A corresponding oil pressure gauge indicates the need to change the filter element (via the pressure caused when the filter is saturated with contaminants). It is also necessary to correct the position of the stop valve and set the maximum pressure in the filter housing.<br><br><em>SN030 AGRO does not require its own pump or motor and is installed as a bypass in a hydraulic circuit with operating pressure between 8 and 350 bar.</em><br><br>The machine can be equipped with a motor if needed – please specify this when ordering.<br><br>-<br>We also have systems for direct mounting, which provide continuous filtration during all the machine's operating hours.<br>-<br><br><strong>SN030 AGRO is our newest system: work is underway to complete the manual and data sheet, but you can still get your system this season!</strong>
