
ROVAB, Ramby Oljor och Verktyg AB, is a family-owned company operating outside Grillby in Enköping municipality. ROVAB sells lubricants, application equipment, and oil filtration to both small and large companies in Scandinavia within the railway, steel, metal, and mining industries, as well as to agriculture, contracting, and the automotive industry. Maintenance is our core focus, and we are passionate about helping our customers avoid downtime and expensive repairs with the right products. This is something we have been doing for over 30 years. We hold the agency in Scandinavia for a range of high-quality maintenance brands.
About the Position
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in administration and ongoing financial work to further strengthen our team. The role primarily involves close collaboration with the company's Vice President and head of finance, as well as other colleagues.

Job Responsibilities
- Ongoing accounting in the group's companies, account reconciliations, customer and supplier ledgers, planning and executing national as well as international outgoing transactions. Liquidity planning and compiling financial reports. Monthly authority reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining customer portals for customers and suppliers, e.g., training, key management, etc.
- Project manage and execute internal and external activities independently or in collaboration with others. Assist staff in administering travel and planning external visits.
- Responsible for procurement and purchasing of products and services for the office and staff.
- Responsible for the administration of ROVAB's company and service vehicles and machinery.
- Be available for other tasks that may arise in the office.

Qualifications
- You need to be a good communicator who enjoys taking initiative.
- You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as English, as many of the company's suppliers are located abroad.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are required for this position.
- It is meritorious if you have an education in economics or similar and several years of experience working with finance or administration.
- You also need to have documented experience in project management and purchasing.
As a person, we believe you are meticulous and have the ability to work both methodically and structured. You enjoy delving into figures or reports if needed and can handle a faster pace at times. You are good at planning your time and accustomed to organizing your work to complete the tasks you have undertaken. You are a team player with experience collaborating with the entire group and pitching in where needed.
Other Information and Application
- The position is full-time, and working hours are usually weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
- The location is ROVAB's office in Ramby, Grillby.
- Applicants need a driver's license as public transport to the office is not available.
